
Packaging, Delivery & Returns Information
Packaging:
All items will be packaged in tissue and placed in a “Coastal Creativity” pouch and then packed into a letterbox sized cardboard package for posting.
These “Coastal Creativity” pouches are handmade by Cath using fabric sample books saving them from ending up in landfill.
Larger design pieces and some other items where considered necessary by the designer will be packed into a jewellery box before packaging.
Delivery:
All jewellery items (UK ONLY) will be dispatched within 7 working days via Royal Mail using the “special delivery” service. This provides insurance for precious metal jewellery in transit and items can be tracked.
Map hearts (UK ONLY) will be dispatched the next working day using First Class Royal Mail.
If the item is out of stock, please send a message here to place an order and you will receive an estimate of when your order will be dispatched. Most made-to-order items will be dispatched within two weeks.

If you are ordering outside the UK, please send a message via the contact form before ordering so postal charge information can be given before continuing.

Cancellations & Returns:
Under the distance seller regulations, you, the buyer are allowed 14 days from placing the order to inform Coastal Creativity that you wish to cancel the order. This must be done via the contact form. From this date you have 14 days to return the goods if you are in receipt of them. They must be unworn, undamaged and in original packaging. Care must be taken with postal methods used for return to ensure their safe return. This is at the buyer’s expense and damages will be charged for.
If when the goods arrive they are faulty or you wish to exchange please inform Coastal Creativity via the contact form and we will be in touch as soon as possible to rectify the situation.
